INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN ONLINE CLASS USING TEAMS
GUIDANCE FOR PARENTS
- If you are using a PC/Laptop, you can use the link below to download Microsoft Teams or alternatively after clicking the class link, you can select ‘join using the web instead’
- If you are using a Smart Phone/Tablet, please go to the App Store / Play Store and download ‘Microsoft Teams’
- Once downloaded, please click on the link provided within your Registration Email for your child’s class.
- If you are using a PC/Laptop, ensure the device has a microphone/speaker or attach a microphone headset onto the device.
- Once the link has been opened, please click join as a guest, enter your Child’s Name and click Join Now.
- It will be advisable when using an internet browser to use Google Chrome or to use the Teams app

GUIDANCE FOR PARENTS
- All students are expected to join the online class on time, teachers will be taking attendance
- Parents are required to assist students with joining the online class using instructions provided
- Parents are requested to assist by supervising their children, especially under the age of 10.
- Any students distracting the lesson online, the teacher will be given authority to remove that child from the session
- To ensure this method of teaching is effective, ALL parents must take it upon themselves to make sure students are well disciplined and ready for class, by ensuring that your child is in a state of Wudu, with the correct uniform and ready for their class at the usual time with their teacher.
- Should any of our staff be affected by ill health, we may have to cancel classes, this will be notified to you by email.
